workshop provided a great opportunity to take some time to think about
my expectations and wishes for my year at home with Baby. It
was nice to talk about goals and concerns with other mothers-to-be
in a friendly environment. The course handouts were also very helpful
to guide discussions with my husband and to learn about the
different resources available for new moms in the Ottawa region.
